In the best quarter for Orange County luxury estate sales valued at more than $1 million since the summer of 2013, First Team Christie's International posted a blistering 41% increase in unit sales in the second quarter of this year to 197 units when measured against the first quarter in 2014.

The recently completed second quarter of 2014 was the third best quarter for luxury real estate since 2011 according to publicly available data. The second and third quarters of 2013 were the strongest during that three-year span followed closely by the April through June of this year.
