Learn to decipher the valuable information on food labels and determine how it relates to health during a "Healthy Eating for You: Label Reading" presentation at 12:30 p.m. Aug. 1 at Humility House, 755 Ohltown Road, Austintown.
Registered dietician and community educator Bridget Lackey will lead an informational discussion and answer questions.
