Jennifer Warner Named VP of Columbia Basin Records Management Chapter
RICHLAND, Washington (PRWEB) July 29, 2014 -- Dade Moeller Document Control Specialist Jennifer Warner has accepted the position of Vice President of the Columbia Basin Chapter of the Association of Records Managers and Administrators, effective immediately. From Dade Moeller’s Richland headquarters, Warner provides records administrative support to radiation dose reconstruction activities on the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health Dose Reconstruction Project.
A long-time resident of the Tri-Cities area of Washington, Warner has a history of leadership in the Columbia Basin Chapter of ARMA. She has served on the chapter’s Board of Directors for four years, as the Membership Chairperson since 2011, and, more recently, as a member of the Awards Committee. In 2010, Warner was named the chapter’s “Member of the Year.” In her new role as Vice President, she will preside over the Programs Committee as its Chairperson and will be responsible for arranging speakers and venues for bimonthly chapter meetings.
“I am looking forward to serving as our ARMA chapter’s Vice President,” said Warner. “I hope to be able to use the records and project management skills I’ve gained while at Dade Moeller to help the organization and my fellow members.”
ARMA International is a not-for-profit professional association that brings together people across the Records Management and Information Governance fields, offering valuable resources and professional development opportunities. The ARMA Columbia Basin Chapter, founded in 1976, was named Chapter of the Year among medium-sized chapters in 2012 and 2013. The Chapter of the Year Award “is presented to the chapter that has most effectively demonstrated its support and promotion of ARMA International’s objectives through its programs and activities.”
