GMAC’s service to dealers ranked “outstanding” by Investor in Customers

IIC's independent assessment found a strong parity between employee perceptions and customer perceptions.

GMAC UK PLC, the automotive financial services company for Vauxhall, SsangYong, MG Motors and the independent dealer network, has been ranked “outstanding” in an independent assessment of excellence in the field of customer service and customer relationships carried out by Investor in Customers (IIC), one of the UK’s leading assessment companies helping organisations to improve customer experience.

IIC’s first assessment of GMAC’s products and services was completed using input from dealers as well as the company’s staff members, ranking across the four key areas: understanding customer needs, meeting customer needs, delighting customers and engendering loyalty.

The assessment showed a strong parity between employee perceptions and customer perceptions, which illustrates that GMAC’s staff has a realistic understanding of the dealers it works with and that GMAC and its dealers have similar values and priorities.
