MB Financial Bank announced that it has named Sally Larson Sargent as Senior Managing Director and Head of Wealth Management. Sargent had been Head of Personal Trust and Guardianship Services and has been with MB Financial since 2008. Before joining MB, she was National Head of Trusts and Estate Services at Harris Private Bank and earlier in her career practiced law as a trusts and estates attorney in Chicago. Sargent is a graduate of Cornell College and the University Of Illinois College Of Law. In her new role, Sargent will report to Mark Heckler, Executive Vice President.
The bank also announced that Alan Teraji has joined the organization as a Senior Managing Director and Head of Personal Trust and Guardianship Services, reporting to Sargent. Teraji joins MB from North Star Trust Company where he served as President. His experience includes a variety of wealth management, trust and legal roles at several financial institutions. Teraji is a graduate of the University of Illinois and DePaul University College of Law.
