Greenberg Traurig’s Jessica L. Parker-Battle Appointed Vice Chair of the ABA Health Law Section’s Membership Committee
BOSTON (PRWEB) July 28, 2014 -- Jessica L. Parker-Battle, a health law attorney in Greenberg Traurig’s Boston office, was appointed Vice Chair of the American Bar Association (ABA) Health Law Section’s Membership Committee. Her term begins Sept. 1, 2014.
Parker-Battle focuses her practice on health care law, corporate compliance, government and internal investigations, and other complex civil litigation matters. She advises and represents health care clients under state and federal laws relating to False Claims Acts, health care fraud and abuse, Medicare, Medicaid, third-party reimbursement programs, false claims laws and regulations, STARK law, anti-kickback laws, off-labeling marketing, qui tam suits, pricing, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), and other investigation and enforcement matters involving government entities. Prior to joining the firm, Parker-Battle served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Texas.
The ABA’s Health Law Section is solely focused on the myriad issues involved in health law. Its 9,600 members from across the United States represent clients in all segments of the health care industry.
