CRN International Names New Director to Lead Client Services Department
New Haven, CT (PRWEB) July 29, 2014 -- CRN International has promoted a longtime executive to head up its Client Services Operation.
Christina Upton, an 11-year veteran at the radio marketing company, has been named Director of Client Services responsible for managing the day-to-day execution of all CRN client campaigns.
Client Services is at the center of all activities for CRN clients, which include some of the most well-known brands in the world. The department interfaces directly with clients, sets project timelines and deadlines, ensures all creative marketing and promotional tactics are on track, manages legal aspects, and coordinates any trade, retail and event campaign elements. The department monitors client campaigns in real-time while on-air to ensure client expectations are being met.
Upton most recently was Senior Client Services Executive and has held a variety of senior positions within the department. Her priority as director is to maintain the personalized communication with clients that can be lost easily in today’s 24/7 world of digital interactivity.
“It’s important for our clients to feel a human connection with us and be able to put a face to their CRN contacts,” said Upton. “We’re looking at several innovative ideas to enhance personal interaction with clients and take the entire experience to an even higher level.”
