San Bernardino, CA (PRWEB) July 30, 2014 -- It is Albert Okura’s mission to sell more chicken than anyone in the world.
Chef Okura, founder and owner of Juan Pollo Chicken, is America’s self-proclaimed foremost expert on rotisserie chicken and believes it is his destiny to be the “Chicken Man” of the world. His new autobiography, “Albert Okura the Chicken Man: With a 50-year Plan,” tells the story of Okura’s original rotisserie chicken restaurant and his blueprint for success.
“Most books are written after someone has accomplished a great deal and is retired or deceased,” Okura said. “However, my story is that I am an average guy and if I can be successful in the restaurant business, anyone can.”
The book couples readers with Okura while he pursues his business goals and inspires aspiring business owners in their own personal endeavors. Readers searching for business opportunities will be encouraged by “Albert Okura The Chicken Man’s” message of using your skill set to fulfill your destiny.
