With the upcoming IRIS Dialer feature, which will be seamlessly integrated into the IRIS CRM platform, users will also be able to track valuable information and transactions all in one place for better client management practices and business decisions. The forthcoming IRIS Dialer feature is intended to replace traditional phone systems completely, as voicemails and call histories can be accessed or emailed to any IRIS clients anywhere – even if they are not signed into IRIS.
