Guilbault becomes CEO of leading provider of member management software, job board and career center services, buyer's guides and advertising services

Guilbault previously served as President and Chief Operating Officer and Stover the CEO of, the leading provider of integrated web-based member management software, job board and career center services, buyer’s guides and advertising services.

Since joining the company in 2012 as Chief Operating Officer, Guilbault has driven the development of the organization’s strategic mission and vision, along with leading’s day-to-day operations. Guilbault has more than 20 years of experience in established, high-growth and early stage SaaS and technology companies. Prior to joining, he served as vice president of sales and indirect channels with Constant Contact Inc., where the company recognized double-digit revenue growth and reached 500,000+ customers. Prior to Constant Contact, Guilbault served as the vice president of small business division customer care and sales at Intuit Inc., where he helped elevate the company to become the preeminent provider of business and financial management software. Guilbault also previously served as area manager, US sales and information services with Dun & Bradstreet. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.

Stover co-founded in 2000. In 1998 he co-founded DataGlyphics Inc., a custom web application and development company with customers that included: Nokia Mobile Phones, Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission, and The Poynter Institute. In addition to leading DataGlyphics as CEO, Stover also focused on in-house product development which included the creation and sale of to BPS/Kodak and the creation of, which eventually became in 2000. Stover earned a bachelor's degree from Denison University and has been listed in the Who's Who in Technology in Tampa Bay 2004, the 20 Most Influential People in Tampa Bay Technology 2005, and was a Tampa Bay Business Journal finalist for Technology CEO of the Year 2013. Stover also lead to the 2010 Technology Company of the Year from the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce, oversaw the sale of organization to the private equity firm The Riverside Company in 2012, and achieved the number 5 ranking in the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s Fast 50 Company of 2014.
