- An intuitive production dashboard that shows auto repairers not only where the vehicle is, but where it should be, in the repair process. Applying user-defined repair plans, each phase of the repair process is customized to match the desired flow of work. The production dashboard combines all of a shop’s repair plans into a simple view that shows jobs on track and jobs falling behind, providing technicians with visibility and direction on how to manage and adjust workloads to accommodate changing schedules.
- The ability to make changes to repair plans right at the vehicle
- The ability to add and edit events from the CCC ONE Estimating event log so users can enter repair milestones at the vehicle and as they are occurring, making sure changes get made quickly
- The ability to visually identify substrate materials in part graphics which allows users to create more accurate estimates and reduce supplements
