The Law Offices of Craig Goldenfarb, P.A. Move into the Gold Commerce Building
West Palm Beach, Florida (PRWEB) July 31, 2014 -- After more than ten long and wonderful years at the Legacy Bank Building off Palm Beach Lakes Blvd in West Palm Beach, Florida, The Law Offices of Craig Goldenfarb, P.A. is excited to announce that the firm will be moving their entire office to the Gold Commerce Building off Australian Ave, beginning August 1st, 2014.
The firm’s new office address will be 1800 South Australian Ave #400, West Palm Beach, FL 33409, located just south of the Australian Ave overpass crossing Okeechobee Blvd. The building is adjacent to the Hilton DoubleTree, and is accessible from Old Okeechobee Road.
The new building offers charming character that more closely matches the long-standing personal injury firm’s distinct personality and culture. Craig Goldenfarb, the principal of the firm, has over the years built a reputation for his office as being known as the “Gold Law” firm to many of his clients, employees, and partners. Finding office space that can accommodate the growing and unique firm in a building called the Commerce Gold Building was simply an incredibly lucky coincidence, he says.
The Commerce Gold Building is identifiable by its alluring gold-tinted floor-to-ceiling windows, which cover all sides of the building. Inside, the beautiful granite flooring leads you to the elevators. The firm will occupy the entire fourth floor of the building, from which you enter through the building’s main elevators, which open up to the bright and comfortable reception area.
The office layout of the Gold Commerce fourth floor has been built out to specifically accommodate the firm and its growing staff. In this space, the firm’s employees will enjoy almost double the square-footage of the previous office.
Commercial and residential real estate in West Palm Beach has continued to strengthen in the last few years following the housing crash of 2008. For Mr. Goldenfarb, the decision to occupy a larger building with more space for his firm to grow into was a no-brainer. But finding the right space required much thought, time, and consideration – a process that lasted nearly a full year, but is now nearly complete.
The firm will move into their new space on August 1st, 2014, and will be full moved in and operational come Monday morning, August 4th, 2014.
