Intelex Technologies, a leading provider of environmental, health, safety (EHS) and quality management software, today announced the signing of its newest client, EE, the UK’s largest mobile operator, who will be leveraging Intelex’s Quality Management System.

“After a market RFP, we selected Intelex as our software vendor because their Quality Management System boasted rich and intuitive functionality, and they had a proven track record of success with large companies facing similar challenges to ours,” said Stuart Drake, Quality Standards Manager at EE. “The workflow functionality is particularly powerful and boosts the efficiency of our internal audit capabilities. This has resulted in EE achieving cost reductions through the release of third party audit resources.”

Looking to drive innovation in quality management, EE wanted to ensure both agility and the added ability to achieve organizational quality objectives effectively. This challenge included maintaining compliance to ISO9001 and the continuation of EE’s other ISO certifications.

EE had outgrown their previous process that relied heavily on spreadsheets, e-mails and paper documents and required a streamlined software solution. Intelex’s Quality Management System will ensure EE complies with ISO 9001 and industry regulations, while driving continuous improvement in all areas of quality. EE will also be able to easily manage, track and report their quality metrics in real-time.

“EE is dedicated both to the quality of services provided to customers and the quality of their products,” said Intelex President and CEO Mark Jaine. “It’s wonderful to see that they’ve selected our software to help them meet their goals.”
