Salesnet, a customer relationship management (CRM) software and professional services company, has added language management enhancements to the Salesnet CRM application to allow administrators to completely customize key terms and phrases throughout the application for their users. The functionality has been released as a preview site currently, but will be made available to all users in Q4 2014.

Custom terminology capability has always been strong and flexible within Salesnet CRM, but the expansion provides hundreds of additional navigation, label and phrase substitutions all of which are completely customizable at the company level by the administrator.

The Language Customization release adds substantial global capabilities by supporting 60 new languages and variants. Beyond the language aspects, the release provides an expanded benefit for any organization requiring specialized terminology and wording for their business or industry.
