Last Call for TAG 2014 Excalibur Awards Nominations and Applications
Atlanta, Georgia (PRWEB) July 30, 2014 -- The Technology Association of Georgia in collaboration with the Business and Technology Alliance of TAG (B&TA), today issued its final call for applications and nominations for the 2014 TAG Excalibur Awards.
Interested companies have until August 29th 2014 to be considered for this annual program after which, Semi-Finalists will be selected by the Excalibur Judging Committee. Companies selected as semi-finalists will then be required to meet with the judges for interviewing process.
The TAG Excalibur Awards recognize Georgia companies and organizations that demonstrate the best use of technology, typically provided by a third-party, to solve complex issues and processes in business and education. Tech-enabled companies that develop their own non-commercial technology solutions to enhance their organization are also encouraged to apply.
The winning companies will be recognized in one of five categories:
• Small Companies
• Mid-sized Companies
• Large Companies
• Educational Organizations
• Most Creative Solution
Winning companies will also be featured on the TV program, Atlanta Tech Edge, which airs on Sundays at 11:30 on WXIA-TV- 11 Alive.
The TAG Excalibur Awards ceremony will be held October 24, 2014 at the Georgia Aquarium located at 225 Baker Street in Atlanta.
