Martinishot Productions Gives the Green-light for 8 New Episodes of Comedy Series Love’s Bounty Hunter
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) July 30, 2014 -- Producer Gordon Gooch and Executive Producer Kristen Williams of Martinishot Productions are excited to announce that comedy series Love's Bounty Hunter has been approved for 8 new episodes. This new comedy series dives into the shallow end of the $2 billion online dating industry, an industry that 41 million Americans trust to find their perfect match. The series shows what happens when people entrust their love life to a mythical, mega-corporation called Love's Bounty Hunter.
Recently compared to Showtime's® House of Lies, HBO's® Entourage, and Netflix® House of Cards; Love's Bounty Hunter provides a humorous inside look at the online dating industry. “The show upends the standard “dating show” by focusing on online dating companies not just the daters,” says Williams.
Claire Bahn, of The Rivals and The Distance Between Us, and Trisha Simmons, of Desperate Housewives, will star in the project. The show also features David Forseth, of Cold Case and Brendan Wayne of Cowboys & Aliens.
The core cast of characters will be supplemented with actual dating coaches, matchmakers, professional wingmen, and love gurus that try to help the lead dater, Claire, navigate the ins and outs of her online dating experience, always with hilarious results. The show will be closely linked to an interactive live, online dating site where users can meet and interact with both real and fantasy online daters, discuss the show, and nominate the worst dates imaginable.
