After months of beta-testing, Poken is releasing their newest digital event platform for industry professionals. The Event Management Platform, which is a cloud-based system, will provide professionals with a collection of digital tools to make event management easier and more efficient, especially when handling high-powered industry clients. Poken is offering this platform as a complement to their existing networking and lead-generation programs, and the expansion is intended to create a full set of event management tools for events, meetings, and exhibitions.
The new digital platform offers features that assist with managing conference streams, outlining speaker biographies, administering marketing content, providing attendee registration, providing digital ticketing, printing attendee badges, hosting advanced match-making exhibitions, and managing agendas through mobile apps.
The Poken mobile app, which uses HTMLS technology and is available on any smartphone, instantly syncs with content in the platform cloud, making it easy to access content on any device and to network and share the content with others -- making Poken's full set of programs even more convenient than digital business cards. The event platform has not been released at this time, but has been thoroughly tested on 200 events with over 15,000 visitors and in trade fairs with over 1,500 exhibitors. Many of Poken's current clients, which include leaders in tourism and automobile industries across the globe, have already tested the new platform and have given glowing reviews.
Poken's Event Management Platform CEO, Stéphane Doutriaux, explains that networking and engagement levels are incredibly important for event organizers, but that a professional who focuses only on these aspects could be falling behind in the industry without realizing it. "Maximizing return on investment also means facilitating the entire event process," Doutriaux states. "By bringing together the physical elements permitting effective networking and lead generation, with the full feature set of our event management platform, Poken is able to provide a fully comprehensive and truly unique event experience, beyond the capabilities of most event technology suppliers.”
