Dallas, Texas (PRWEB) August 04, 2014

G Wear and Inside Cheerleading Magazine have partnered to create the “Live Green, Look Great Challenge.” All-star cheerleading coaches and gyms are encouraged to work with their teams to collect t-shirts and compete with other gyms in this recycling challenge. All-star teams can collect shirts from their closets and drawers and gyms can clean out their old shirt storage for a chance to win.

The winners will receive a two-page editorial spread in Inside Cheerleading Magazine’s October issue and $500 in G Wear merchandise. The winner will be announced at the end of September and will be determined by the total number of shirts collected.

“Collecting and recycling t-shirts is essential to G Wear’s social responsibility and at the core of who we are. Cheerleaders are among the most influential youth in the country and we are excited to encourage recycling and eco-consciousness with them. Partnering with Inside Cheerleading Magazine on the ‘Live Green, Look Great Challenge’ is a natural fit as they are the leading magazine in the cheer industry,” stated G Wear President, Kevin Jones.

G Wear will arrange for pick up of the collected shirts from any cheer gym across the county. Gyms and teams are encouraged to start collecting shirts today! Teams, cheerleaders and parents are encouraged to post images and videos of your team collecting shirts to social media and use the hashtags #gwear, #livegreenlookgreat, #gwearchallenge and tag @insidecheer and @shopmygwear. Gyms and teams should go to http://www.facebook.com/shopmygwear and click the "Live Green, Look Great Challenge" tab to enter the challenge.

All G Wear products are hand assembled in the USA even down to the hangtags, which are printed on recycled paper and attached with recycled string.
