Scottsdale, Arizona (PRWEB) August 04, 2014

Brett Ottley joins Scottsdale Nursing and Rehabilitation as its new administrator, bringing with him significant experience in skilled nursing along with a commitment to excellence.

Ottley’s leadership as a highly decorated skilled nursing administrator began in Washington, where his facility received two zero-deficiency surveys during his five-year tenure. He brought the facility from what would now be considered a 1-star facility to a 5-star location. Ottley then transitioned to a top-tier, 144-bed senior care center in Texas and ran this large building at capacity. While there, he was one of eight administrators appointed to an Administrator Advisory Board and received the National Bronze Quality Award. Ottley has now settled in Scottsdale as administrator of Scottsdale Nursing and Rehabilitation, a facility serviced by North American Health Care, Inc. that recently celebrated its third consecutive 5-star rating from Medicare and “Best Nursing Homes” designation from US News & World Report. Ottley’s arrival ensures that Scottsdale Nursing will continue to provide only the very best care.

Scottsdale Nursing and Rehabilitation operates with a focus on Post-Acute and Orthopedic Rehabilitation. In addition to the comprehensive programs that are currently offered, Ottley and his team are implementing Cardiac, Pulmonary, and Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) programs as an expansion to the current programs available.

“I am thrilled to be a part of a fantastic team here in Scottsdale,” Ottley stated. “Our highly trained and qualified staff makes a huge difference in the way our patients are cared for—and it is apparent in the daily smiles of our residents.”

As a committed member of the community, Ottley serves as the Webelos leader in the Cub Scout program. He and his family enjoy biking, hiking, and camping in the beautiful Arizona surroundings.
