iAbrasive Had an Exclusive Interview with Sanhui
Zhengzhou, China (PRWEB) August 02, 2014 -- On July 31, 2014, iAbrasive general manager, Shilei, along with iAbrasive reporters and several members paid a visit to Qinyang Sanhui Refractory Material Co., Ltd. The chairman of the board of Sanhui--Zhou Detie, received the interview. Mr. Zhou was outgoing and polite, he led us to his office where the main part of the interview was conducted.
About Sanhui
During the first part of the interview, Mr. Zhou introduced to us the general operation situation of Sanhui. Located in the well-known historical city--Qinyang, Henan province, Qinyang Sanhui Refractory Material Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of black silicon carbide and its products. The company was established in 2005, through nearly ten years of production experience, the company has formed a complete management system and advanced production line. Its featured products mainly cover silicon carbide section sand of high purity and high bulk density, airflow grinding of silicon carbide powder, size sand and silicon carbide abrasive grains for coated abrasives, JIS series and bonded abrasives. Sanhui's products sell well both in China and abroad: domestic market mainly includes Henan, Shandong, Jiangsu, Guizhou, Guangdong, etc.; Export sales account for nearly 70% of the company's sales volume, overseas market covers Taiwan, Japan, Korea, America, Europe, etc.
A Visit to Sanhui's Factory
As the saying goes, "To see is to believe", after we gained a general understanding of Sanhui, Mr. Zhou invited us to pay a visit to the factories as expected. There were three factories which cover around 25 acres in total, the main factory of Sanhui was 18 acres or so. Zhou showed us around the sample area where all its products range was displayed. Black silicon carbide powder of all particle sizes it produce is packed in small transparent bags from which we could have a clear view. There were a resistance particle counter and other technical machines for processing. According to Zhou, Sanhui has strict quality control over each process from raw materials to finished products. There were special technology testing equipment such as three microscopes， fluidized bed jet mill, resistance particle counter and three technicians in its physical laboratory. Usually finished products will be kept for one month in case that problems occur in customer feedback.
Future Prospect
One of the successful deals of the company is that it has exported one hundred tons high bulk density section sand to Germany and received favorable effect. At present, due to sluggish market, Sanhui has downsized to maintain operation, Zhou seemed not dispirited at all. He said, "Although we have little control over depressed market situation, we can think of new ways to develop."
