Vertical Bridge Holdings, LLC Continues Portfolio Expansion; Appoints New Head of Real Estate
Boca Raton, FL (PRWEB) August 05, 2014 -- Vertical Bridge Holdings, LLC, a privately owned tower company in the U.S., today announced that it has completed its acquisition of four tower portfolios. The portfolios further strengthen Vertical Bridge’s footprint in key regions of the Eastern United States.

We have acquired four more portfolios of strategically located towers. Vertical Bridge now owns or has exclusive leasing rights to 320 towers and rooftops across the U.S.
Vertical Bridge also announced today the appointment of telecom industry veteran, Jim McCulloch, who has joined Vertical Bridge as Vice President of its Real Estate division. In this role, Mr. McCulloch will lead the development and expansion of Vertical Bridge’s real estate portfolio. With over 20 years of experience, Mr. McCulloch has enjoyed a successful career in telecommunications and technology. Mr. McCulloch was most recently at Global Tower Partners (GTP), where he served as the Vice President of Real Estate responsible for GTP’s Real Estate Department. In that role he helped to develop GTP’s real estate portfolio and expand existing landlord relationships. Prior to GTP, he was a partner in DGP Development, a leading provider of Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) to hotels and sports stadiums. Mr. McCulloch previously served as Vice President of Information Technology for Destination Hotels and Resorts.
