MedaNext Announces Four New Veterinary Customers on Its MedaVet Platform
Redmond, WA (PRWEB) August 07, 2014 -- MedaNext Corporation today announced that it has signed four new Veterinary customers and has surpassed one hundred and twenty five companion animals on its MedaVet platform and its growing daily. MedaVet is a cloud based service designed to improve communication between veterinarians and their clients improving client engagement, promoting better outcomes and lowering costs. MedaVet can be used from any PC, Tablet or Smartphone. The four new customers include Chuckanut Valley Veterinary Clinic, Professional Equine Therapeutic Services, Motley Zoo Animal Rescue and Harmony Veterinary Services, LLC.
The MedaVet software is supported by a team of health coaches who work with client or veterinary staff to create templates and health paths for surgical procedures, serious illnesses and wellness plans. Once a template is loaded into the system by a health coach, a MedaVet Health Path is generated from the template for the client by the MedaVet health coach. The MedaVet health coach offers non-medical guidance on the best use of the MedaVet product.
A MedaVet Health Path contains a calendar of daily tasks associated with the health issue being addressed, applicable appointment times/dates and learning material text, graphics, videos, links to websites, documents or online training. A task can be created for any type of activity needed to help an animal recover from a surgery, manage a serious illness or follow a wellness plan. A health path can be utilized for customer satisfaction surveys, clinical surveys or for marketing material.
