A new and unique workshop is being hosted in the Tampa Bay area for anyone wanting to become more courteous and tech savvy. This workshop is perfect for sales associates, business owners, wholesalers, seasoned professionals, team leaders, and anyone that works with clients.

Registration is now open for “Essential Tools for All Business Professionals”. In partnership with The Proper Professional, Ripple Effect Strategies will host a one day workshop on August 21st in Tampa, FL at Grille One Sixteen. In a friendly, fun, and laid back environment, attendees will have the opportunity to network and practice social skills that are vital to keep and strengthen client loyalty and relationships. Be prepared to be engaged and walk away with new skills in Networking, Social Media and Dining Etiquette. Bring your iPad and/or iPhone to learn how to be more efficient and utilize the best apps for personal and business use. Tuition includes a full breakfast and lunch provided by Grille One Sixteen (south).

The Proper Professional founder, Joena Bartolini will lead the etiquette portion of the workshop. A previous attendee stated, “Something that made the presentation great was the fact that Joena used real life examples. She did an excellent job of connecting with actual situations and stories.”
