Houston, Texas (PRWEB) August 07, 2014 -- Audiences who tuned into the hit NBC show “America’s Got Talent” were introduced to The Texas Tenors in 2009, and now audiences in Houston will have the opportunity to enjoy patriotic tunes up ront and personally delivered live by these talented artists. The Texas Tenors, the highest-ranking vocal group to ever compete on “America’s Got Talent”, will perform at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 11, at The Wortham Center in Houston’s downtown Theatre District.
Comprised of Marcus Collins, JC Fisher and John Hagen, The Texas Tenors offers a unique blend of Country, Gospel, Classical and Broadway genres with breathtaking vocals, humor and a touch of cowboy charm. The Texas Tenors are gaining popularity throughout America due to their exposure on the PBS Special “You Should Dream” and their No. 7 ranking on the Billboard Classical Crossover Top 10 Chart for their album by the same name, “You Should Dream.” Since their debut more than four years ago on NBC's “America's Got Talent,” The Texas Tenors has performed over 600 concerts with support from prestigious symphonies and performing arts centers. Their 24-city tour included stops in the United Kingdom, Shanghai, and China.
