MRINetwork Certified Professional Programs

“This new brand applauds how lucrative and beneficial these programs have proven to be,” said Nancy Halverson, vice president of global operations for MRINetwork.

Philadelphia, PA (PRWEB) August 06, 2014

With the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics projecting the employment services industry to experience job growth of +24.8 percent by 2022, recruitment firms have to do everything possible to differentiate themselves and show their competitive edge. MRINetwork®, one of the largest executive search and recruitment organizations in the world, is doing just that with the rebrand of its four certification programs. The certification programs enable recruitment office owners, managers, account executives and project managers to demonstrate they are at the top of their profession. If a recruitment firm’s reputation is based on the success of its last hire, MRINetwork’s certification programs send a message to clients and peers that recipients are the best in the business, committed to excellence and continuous professional development, and are leaders accustomed to delivering the highest quality of customer service.

The new brand, MRINetwork Certified Professional Programs, represents the path recruiters in MRINetwork offices take to achieve ultimate success and labels them as the top in their profession. The certifications under the more comprehensive moniker include CSAM®, CSM®, CSPC® and CLP™.

MRINetwork established the Certified Senior Account Manager (CSAM) Program in 1985 to differentiate its best recruiters. In order to receive the CSAM designation, recruiters must pursue a comprehensive course of study, pass a rigorous examination and meet minimum performance requirements.

“There are so many benefits to being a CSAM, yet in all reality, the most important benefit is that most hiring managers will ask what the letters mean, says Juli Santiago, CSAM of MRINetwork affiliate, Search Max, Inc. When you explain to them what it is, they immediately know they are working with the right recruiter.”

Two additional certifications, the Certified Senior Manager (CSM) and the Certified Senior Project Coordinator (CSPC) have been added. The Certified Leadership Professional (CLP) is a relatively new CSAM-sponsored leadership certification for leaders who want to hone and demonstrate their commitment to leadership within and outside of their office.

In order to maintain their certification, CSAMs, CSPCs, CSMs and CLPs must participate in a broad range of exclusive conferences, program development courses and regular web-based conferences.

“This new brand applauds how lucrative and beneficial these programs have proven to be,” said Nancy Halverson, vice president of global operations for MRINetwork. “By achieving and maintaining their CSAM certification, MRINetwork recruiters continue to outperform competitors. They are all true leaders that consistently deliver the highest quality of service to candidates and clients.”
