Milwaukee, WI (PRWEB) August 08, 2014 -- Spano Pratt Executive Search announced today that it has completed the search assignment for the Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast (GSWISE) Chief Operating Officer. After completing an extensive national search led by Jamie Pratt, partner in Spano Pratt, GSWISE announced the appointment of Heidi Deininger of Evansville, Wisconsin, as chief operating officer. Previously, Ms. Deininger served as executive director of the Buehler YMCA – YMCA of Metro Chicago, Palatine, Illinois.
As chief operating officer, Deininger will report to the CEO of GSWISE and ultimately provide leadership and direct GSWISE’s girl and adult membership recruitment and retention activities, program activities, retail sales, volunteer management and support, facilities and camp operations.
