Four Marine Companies to Recruit at Professional Mariner Job Fair at CMTI
Gloucester, VA (PRWEB) August 05, 2014 -- Chesapeake Marine Training Institute (CMTI) is pleased to announce that four professional marine companies will recruit at its job fair August 13 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the CMTI campus in Hayes, Va.
The companies include Vane Brothers, Intracoastal Marine, Dann Marine and Norfolk Tug.
Among the mariners the companies are seeking include wheelhouse tug operators, engineers, and tankermen.
Mariners of all license and credential levels are encouraged to attend.
CMTI staff and instructors will be available to work with job candidates on licensing and credentialing needs.

Marine companies interested in attending as a vendor are still welcome. Hiring managers should contact CMTI to sign up.
CMTI will provide table display space for companies to meet and greet job applicants, as well as private rooms to interview potential candidates. Space to attend the event as a professional marine company is free, but limited and available on a first come, first served basis.
Applicants and vendors attending the event from out of the area are eligible to use the CMTI rate at nearby hotels.
