US Storage Centers announced today the opening of its flagship facility in Alhambra, California, an 86,996 sq. ft. self storage property—with 876 units—located at 2500 W. Hellman Avenue.
“We really designed this facility from our customer’s point of view, everything from the design of the building down to the unit locks,” said Charles Byerly, the company’s President and CEO. “We wanted the design to also aesthetically add value to the neighborhood of Alhambra, and we’re very pleased with how it turned out and we’re excited to be part of the community.”
Easy access in and out for customers and the inclusion of loading docks will greatly benefit customers using larger trucks to move items in and out.
Implementing the latest in next generation technology, US Storage Centers new self storage facility includes security features such as gated entry, cylinder locks and 24-hour video recording.
The facility has high exposure to the 10 freeway and is centrally located, so it’s in a great location for the people of Alhambra and the surrounding communities such as South Pasadena, Pasadena Rosemead, San Marino, San Gabriel, Monterey Park, and the East Los Angeles districts of El Sereno and Monterey Hills.
