Higher One Announces Appointment of New Chief Information Officer

Wilson joined Higher One in 2011 as vice president of software engineering and recently served as interim CIO. In his new role, Wilson will serve as Higher One’s technology leader to help guide the organization’s strategic initiatives and grow its current systems, resources and infrastructure. He will direct the planning and implementation of enterprise IT systems in support of business operations in order to improve cost effectiveness, service quality and business development.

Wilson has 25 years of experience in information technology working for Fortune 100 companies as well as startups within space and defense sectors, automotive sectors, and finance sectors. Prior to joining Higher One, he held various senior leadership roles for high profile businesses. Wilson is a graduate of Cleveland State University.
