Alexandria, Va. (PRWEB) August 12, 2014 -- U.S. owned and operated, Robbins Gioia (RG) announces the launch of The Entrepreneur Experience (TEE), a competitive career development program for entry-level talent. TEE seeks recent graduates with high academic achievement in fields of study that provide unique perspective and insight. Participants complete a rotation across the business to gain a broad understanding of how the business functions before being deployed on client-facing engagements.
First piloted in 2013, RG’s TEE program embraces the passionately curious who have a strong desire to excel individually and as part of a team. It recognizes that often all that is needed to transition from academia to the business world is a nurturing environment that allows talent to flourish and a chance to do interesting work.
“My degrees in Egyptology and Archaeology gave me experience analyzing cultural dynamics, systems, and change,” explains Meryl Idzikowski, one of the first TEE participants. “At RG, I have been given an exceptional opportunity to leverage my academic passions in a new environment, and optimize my future learning. I am able to combine my past experience and specific Robbins Gioia training—such as Enterprise Architecture, Business Analysis, and Project Management—to help RG clients achieve their desired outcomes.”
Brad King, RG’s CEO explains that great service professionals don’t graduate from one kind of school or academic track. “In fact, we find that when putting together a team of individuals it is often our TEE program participants who teach us to take a fresh look at problems and uncover new ideas that support the kind of architecturally sound solutions that RG provides.”
