Avionics Magazine’s 2014 Excellence in Avionics Awards gives recognition and appreciation to the individuals, organizations, teams, and projects that are taking avionics to the next level of innovation. In its first year, the Excellence in Avionics Awards program seeks to acknowledge the hard work and determination the aviation industry’s people, initiatives, and companies have exhibited excellence in 2014 to elevate industry standards. The early bird entry deadline is October 15 with the regular deadline on December 31, 2014. Finalists will be announced in the May issue of Avionics Magazine, and winners along with honorable mentions will be recognized at an Awards Breakfast at the 2015 Global Connected Aircraft Summit in Washington, D.C., June 8-10, 2015.
