Tallac Introduces Vier, An Innovative Security Bike Lock System Featuring An Advanced Compact Design
Encinitas, CA (PRWEB) August 12, 2014 -- Tallac, a leader in innovative designs, is introducing Vier, an advanced security lock system for bikes, motorcycles and scooters. There has not been any new high security bike locks designed since the first U-Lock was invented by ABUS in 1971.
Vier is a compact 4-Piece lock the fits into a bag the size of burrito. Our lock works better than a burrito to lock your bike up. Vier’s unique design is the world’s first high security lock that disassembles into 4 pieces so it can fit into a bag. Vier provides the same level of high security protection as a standard U-lock in an advanced tighter compact form. With Vier, the rider’s experience is enhanced by having both an easy to carry compact lock and an advanced high security design. The number one incentive for bike theft is an unlocked bike. Standard U-locks are bulky and are difficult to carry on a bike with the hard to fit to the frame brackets. Consequently a lower security cable lock is generally carried giving lower security or no lock is carried giving no security. Vier offers a solution to this problem with its innovative design.
Vier’s unique design features two locking bodies that interlock with two straight shackle sections. The shackle sections are available in a three varying lengths and are sold separately. This enables the rider to convert their lock from a long shackle to a shorter shackle lock. When the lock is converted to its compact form it becomes a small bundle mounted under the seat or tossed into a messenger bag.
