Aeroxchange Ltd., the industry leader in delivering aviation supply chain solutions for all MRO business processes, today announced that veteran B2B executive Mr. Jim Goge has assumed the role of Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

Formerly Vice President, Network Sales for Ariba an SAP Company, Mr. Goge brings to Aeroxchange an impressive 30-year track record of successfully partnering with the Global 1000 on deploying cloud based supply chain solutions. During his career he has built global sales organizations, brought innovative supplier collaboration solutions to market, and successfully scaled global electronic trading communities.

“Jim’s an integral part of our strategy to dramatically scale Aeroxchange and continue to drive transformational change in the business processes of how airlines and their suppliers collaborate,” says Al Koszarek, CEO and President of Aeroxchange. “With Jim’s experience and Aeroxchange’s industry leading supply chain solutions, I am confident that we will meet our goal of tripling in size over the next five years.”

Mr. Goge is an expert in building world class new business sales organizations, structuring teams to manage strategic global accounts, and assembling technical and business engineers to support solution selling. Over the course of his career, Mr. Goge has gained deep domain and process expertise in logistics, supply chain, MRO, Accounts Payable, treasury, and B2B technologies. He has held senior sales leadership positions with the world’s leading software and collaboration companies: SAP, Ariba, GXS and the metals and mining marketplace Quadrem. He has also held a position as past president of Baltimore's Council of Logistics Management and has served as a member of the University of Maryland Transportation and Logistics Advisory Council. The combination of leadership experience and process knowledge has provided Mr. Goge with the skillset to be successful in his new role at Aeroxchange.

“Aeroxchange is well positioned for explosive growth,” Goge said. “My focus will be on ensuring our growth with a relentless focus on supplier value, extending the Aeroxchange platform collaboration capabilities and providing both visibility and access to industry best practices to both buyers and sellers.
