Sharp Mamas Hosting End of Summer Party for Working Moms; Portions of Ticket Sales Going to the Women's Treatment Center
Chicago, IL (PRWEB) August 12, 2014 -- Sharp Mamas, a consulting service for new and expectant mothers, is hosting an end-of-summer after-work event for working moms at the newly launched Bar Takito in Chicago. The event, entitle Mamas, Music and Masa, is on Thursday, August 21 from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. Tickets include food, two alcoholic drinks, and access to raffle giveaways and prizes. A portion of the ticket sales will benefit The Women’s Treatment Center.
Bar Takito, a new up and coming restaurant in the West Loop area, is set to open its doors this month, with the Sharp Mamas party as one of its premiere launch events. The restaurant is the latest venture from the owners of Takito Kitchen in Wicker Park. The anticipated food and beverage menu is set to be similar to Takito Kitchen, but with a focus on small plates. The menu at the Mamas, Music and Masa event will feature their latest dishes and cocktails.
Benefitting from this event is The Women’s Treatment Center. The mission of The Women's Treatment Center is to provide women with the care, resources and skills they need in order to maintain a sober lifestyle as they begin the process of rebuilding and mending their lives and the lives of their family members. A portion of the ticket sales to the Mamas, Music and Masa event will go to The Women’s Treatment Center.
As part of its mission to provide consulting and resources to caregivers, Sharp Mamas hopes the event will not only be enjoyable for attendees, but they also hope that ticket sales will provide a profound impact to The Women’s Treatment Center.
