Bright's Creek Announces Executive Vice President of Sales
Mill Spring, N.C. (PRWEB) August 10, 2014 -- Alianza Trinity Holdings, developer of Bright’s Creek, a residential golf and sporting club community located in Mill Spring, North Carolina, is pleased to announce Beth Butler as the community’s Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
Having recently marked the relaunch of sales with a series of events to showcase the Bright’s Creek lifestyle to prospective members and homebuyers, Butler and her sales team have positioned Bright’s Creek as one of the most active communities in the emerging recovery market. Bright’s Creek is being reinvigorated into a place where teepee villages and bridal paths will intertwine, the food is as much of a lure as the fishing, parents and children can engage in pursuits as diverse as trail riding and golfing competitions together, and where the lodge and its friendly staff welcome members and guests.
“With the expertise and enthusiasm of Beth and the fantastic team she has assembled at Bright’s Creek, we have already seen significant interest in our real estate offerings in the first few months since we launched sales,” said Omar Botero, CEO of Alianza Trinity Holdings. “Beth’s familiarity with the western North Carolina area and her strong understanding of the luxury market for vacation homes have truly enabled us to achieve our new vision for Bright’s Creek.”
Butler has built a successful career in the real estate industry over the past three decades, playing an integral role in the growth of leading Miami-based real estate brokerages EWM Realty International and ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. Starting as a sales manager at EWM in 1994, Butler was instrumental in recruiting real estate agents, increasing sales volume and launching a development sales division, earning herself the title of chief operating officer. After successfully establishing EWM in the luxury market, Butler took on a new challenge in 2010 and became the president and chief operating officer of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. Her forward-thinking management strategies and expertise in real estate technology translated into growing the company from $300 million in sales in 2010 to $1.5 billion in 2012. Butler has twice earned the honor of Realtor of the Year for her leadership and success in the real estate industry. Having vacationed and owned a second home in western North Carolina for several years, Butler’s appreciation of the local community complements her knowledge of the luxury vacation home market to strengthen sales efforts at Bright’s Creek.
“It is my pleasure to lead the Bright’s Creek sales team. We are passionate about matching buyers with a second home that fulfills their unique desires, whether that means a picturesque home site full of potential or a fully-equipped condominium villa that is move-in ready,” said Butler. “Bright’s Creek offers amenities to delight every member of the family, and we are seeing that people find our new interpretation of luxury mountain living very appealing.”
Alianza Trinity Holdings’ principals Omar Botero, Gilberto Iragorri and Pasquale Giordano, purchased Bright’s Creek in 2013 with the benefit of a $100-million infrastructure including 18 miles of roads, underground utilities including triple play fiber optic cable, natural gas, water, sewer and electric already in place. Spanning 4,700 pristine acres surrounded by the Blue Ridge Mountains and centered on a Tom Fazio-designed golf course, Bright’s Creek is a family-friendly enclave that allows residents of all ages to enjoy the world-class equestrian center, championship golf, traditional lodge and club house, and future amenities that include a swim and fitness club and a premier gun club.
Three distinct property types are available, including lots, cottages and condominium villas, which embody the new spirit of the community. Lots range from a half acre to three-plus acres and are priced from $150,000 to $600,000 plus. Condominium villas and cottages start at $599,000.
Bright’s Creek is just minutes from the sprawling Tryon International Equestrian Center, which is recognized as one of the nation’s premier equine destinations, playing host to numerous world-class competitions. Charming mountain towns including Lake Lure, Hendersonville, Asheville, and Tryon, are also just a short drive away offering farmer’s markets, local artisans, historic sites and seasonal festivals. Ideally located in close proximity to major transportation hubs including Asheville Airport, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, Greenville/Spartanburg International Airport and Rutherford Private Airport, Bright’s Creek is easily accessible for long weekend getaways. Bright’s Creek is located at 2222 Palmer Road.
