Access Mail Certified Suncoast’s First USPS Seamless Acceptance Provider
Clearwater, Florida (PRWEB) August 19, 2014 -- Access Mail, announced today its certification of U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Seamless Acceptance – the first presort provider in the Suncoast Region – to ensure clients’ mail will be delivered to consumers with greater speed, efficiency and accuracy.
The goal of the USPS for Seamless Acceptance is to identify mail error earlier in the process. “Seamless Acceptance will automate postage verification and dramatically streamline the mail acceptance process for businesses,” said Beth Bell, President of Access Mail. “The new automated process expedites postal approvals and streamlines our clients’ mail through the postal system.”
As a member of the Greater Tampa Bay Postal Customer Council and a USPS certified “workshare” partner, Access Mail is well-positioned to meet the demands of today’s business mailers. Investments in state-of-the-art automation and software support the industry’s most innovative mail processing capabilities, enabling Access Mail clients to realize the most efficient and timely mailing services. Bell further noted “The addition of Seamless Acceptance and our strong alliance with the Postal Service will enhance Access Mail’s ability to provide clients with exceptional mail value and performance."
