Access Mail, announced today its certification of U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Seamless Acceptance – the first presort provider in the Suncoast Region – to ensure clients’ mail will be delivered to consumers with greater speed, efficiency and accuracy.

The goal of the USPS for Seamless Acceptance is to identify mail error earlier in the process. Information obtained from mailings in process helps to determine address accuracy, verify mail preparation quality, validate correct postage, and, with the use of AccessTrac service, track individual pieces as they move through the system.
