Voxy to present "Customer Support for Motivation and User Engagement" at User Conference in November.

Voxy, the education technology company that pioneered personalized and adaptive English language learning, announced today that it was selected to speak at UserConf, a one day customer service conference in San Francisco.

The conference, which will take place on November 7, 2014, will be attended by customer support professionals and product managers and will cover a range of topics presented by different participating companies.

Voxy was selected to speak at the conference and will be represented by Bernadette Forward, Voxy´s Learner Success Manager. The presentation, entitled, “Customer Support for Motivation and User Engagement” will include different strategies for motivating users through support, best practices for support and product team collaboration and recommendations for training customer service agents to be motivational partners for their customers.
