The CrossTOUCH App even features a "click to connect" option to enable a sales professional to reach out to a customer or prospect immediately upon receiving an alert.

Just like Easypurl’s online Reports Dashboard, CrossTOUCH aggregates all Easypurl campaign data, allowing users to view both high-level campaign performance, as well as both tabular and graphic displays of more detailed engagement information. Users can drill down to specific campaigns – as well as individual channels within each campaign – viewing detailed results across web, email, direct mail, SMS, social and more.
