NIAGARA Worldwide Partners With Global Equipment Team to Value and Market ORMET Equipment
Hannibal, Ohio (PRWEB) August 11, 2014 -- Over the past several weeks, NIAGARA Worldwide LLC for Hannibal Development Partners has been communicating with many different groups that could change the landscape of the former ORMET Smelting Facility in Hannibal Ohio. “We are talking to investment groups, hedge funds, operators, mills, processors, and your everyday scrappers,” says Eric J Spirtas, President of Niagara Worldwide. “It is important to have our eyes and ears open, offering a platform to interested parties, so that one does not fail to recognize the obvious.”
With interest in the plant, property and assets so great, and such diverse uses of the Ormet equipment at hand, NIAGARA has decided to partner with a team of used equipment specialists to study, detail, and globally advertise the factory assets. In this regard, Mr. Spirtas favored the PPL Group of Northbrook Illinois, the Capital Recovery Group of Enfield Connecticut, and Rabin Worldwide of San Francisco California, to value, market and repurpose the idle site equipment.
“We are very familiar with the steps necessary to create site value by simply sharing with prospective users what type of equipment is present,” says Bill Firestone of the Capital Recovery Group. “I’ve personally studied the wide variety of items present and will see to it that all prospective site users and/or equipment buyers know what we have and how they can access it.”

Site visits for private treaty discussions will be scheduled over the next several weeks while important public visit and access dates will be communicated through news releases and the various company web sites.
