Executive Air Conditioning was founded in 1994 by Kevin Kofford. As of this year they are celebrating 20 years of HVAC service for residents of Las Vegas. Today they are one of the premiere family-owned HVAC contractors in the valley. When asked about how the company got started Kevin responded, "When I started this company, 20 years ago, I only had one goal in mind: to provide quality service to the residents of Las Vegas. I wanted to start an HVAC service that people could trust, and feel secure knowing they were getting quality service. 20 years later, here we are, still going strong thanks to the continued support of our loyal customers."

Kevin and others from the company say one of the biggest reasons they've been able to thrive through the past decades is their dedication to maintaining state-of-the-art equipment and training. Quality standards for air conditioners and furnaces have increased over the past 20 years, and Executive Air Conditioning has kept up with them.

The company has gotten a lot of feedback from customers as well, who appreciate the personalized service and money-back guarantee. Kevin gave his reasons for this customer-centered design, "We like to treat each of our customers as an individual and avoid this 'one size fits all' mentality that some other companies have. For example, when suggesting a new AC unit, we inspect the customer's home to find the best brand and model to efficiently cool the space at the best possible price. We believe this is the reason we have so many repeat customers."

The economy in Las Vegas has fallen quite a bit in the past decade, and many similar companies have had to go out of business or downsize. Kevin feels that the best way to retain customers is to make the process as easy as possible for them. This has influenced their focus on technology. As Kevin points out, "We always make sure to incorporate new technologies into our company, especially if it can make life easier for our customers. Some customers, for example, prefer to handle all our communication through emails or instant messages. In certain cases the customer is out of town and unable to get to a phone, and we're still able to make the process easy for them by utilizing these new technologies."

The company also maintains high safety standards and uses environmentally friendly non-toxic chemicals. Las Vegas, being a desert climate, will always have a strong demand for air conditioning repair and maintenance, and Executive Air Conditioning is planning to continue serving residents for years to come.
