Norman J. Younker Named to the Mountain States Super Lawyers List for a Seventh Straight Year
For the seventh year in a row, Mr. Younker has been named to the Mountain States Super Lawyers List for the law practice - Personal Injury Plaintiff: Medical. One of the leading attorneys at Fabian & Clendenin, Mr. Younker is a well-established voice for plaintiffs in personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death lawsuits. He received his law degree from Brigham Young University and attended Cambridge University for post-doctoral work.
Before working in plaintiff's tort law, Mr. Younker represented defendants in medical malpractice actions, including one of the largest healthcare providers in the nation. Mr. Younker is a former president of the Utah Association for Justice (previously known as the Utah Trial Lawyer’s Association), for which he currently serves on the organization's board of governors.
Douglas B. Cannon Also Named a Mountain States Super Lawyer for the Seventh Straight Year
Mr. Cannon is another distinguished member of the Fabian & Clendenin team who has made it to the Super Lawyers List for the seventh year in a row for the law practice - Personal Injury Plaintiff: Products. Mr. Cannon has more than 30 years of experience in complex litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury and product liability cases, intellectual property law, and antitrust litigation.
Mr. Cannon received his law degree from Duke University School of Law, from which he graduated with honors. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and the 10th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as in both state and federal courts in Utah and Idaho.
