Yvette Thomas has an extensive background in working with first-time buyers, home sellers, property management, and has been in the real estate industry for 17 years. She is best known for a company she started in 2002 called Wait Wear, but prior to this time, her career centered on real estate sales. She has been licensed since 1997 and in 2000 obtained her California Real Estate Brokers license and started her own independent real estate company. As she states, “I have been an entrepreneur since elementary school and the majority of the businesses I have started have been to serve a need and real estate is no different.
