Mitchell’s Fish Market Presents “Italy Uncorked” Wine Dinner
Orlando, FL (PRWEB) August 12, 2014 -- Mitchell’s Fish Market will take guests’ tastes buds on a journey through Italy, from the coastlines into the Tuscan hills, with its “Italy Uncorked” wine pairing dinner. The four-course dinner featuring delightful food and wine inspired by distinct Italian towns will be available at 18 participating Mitchell’s Fish Market locations across the United States on Wednesday, September 10, at 7 p.m.
“In one night, over four courses, we are celebrating Italian regional dishes paired with an incredible variety of Italian wines from Prosecco and Pinot Grigio to rich, super Tuscan red blends. We invite our guests to join us for Italy Uncorked,” said Will Wadsworth, Executive Chef of Mitchell’s Fish Market.
The “Italy Uncorked” menu, which will be offered at $49.99 per person, plus sales tax and gratuity includes:
- Appetizer: Trio of Crostini with Olive Tapenade, Fresh Tomato and Lobster paired with La Marca Prosecco, DOC Veneto, Italy
- Salad: Butternut Squash Tortellaci with Maine Lobster, Brown Butter, Sage and Smoked Bacon paired with Da Vinci Pinot Grigio, delle Venezie, Italy
- Entrée: Pan Roasted Sea Bass with Cannellini Beans, Spinach, Tomato and Basil Aioli paired with Brancaia “Tre” Red Blend, Tuscany, Italy
- Dessert: Almond Cake with Almond Brittle and Mocha Anglaise paired with Italian Espresso Martini featuring New Amsterdam Vodka
