American National, which includes Farm Family, is seeking candidates for entrepreneurial sales management opportunities in Pennsylvania. Joan Epperson, recently named Pennsylvania state growth director, is upholding a corporate initiative for countrywide growth and leading the focus in the state for the multiple line division. As a member of American National, she is charged with recruiting qualified candidates for careers in agent sales management.

American National Multiple Line General Agents (MLGAs) work as independent contractors who recruit, select, train and motivate agents to succeed in the sale of American National insurance products. Candidates for American National’s MLGA opportunities must have a strong sense of independence and should be dedicated to agency growth.
