Truly hungry, or comforting yourself with food?
Mindless eating in front of the TV, while driving, or at the computer can lead to significant weight gain.

Registered dietician and community educator Bridget Lackey will lead the informational discussion and answer questions from 12:30 to 2 p.m. Sept. 5 at Humility House, 755 Ohltown Road, Austintown.
The presentation, provided by Humility of Mary Health Partners, is free and open to the public. Reservations are appreciated. Please call 330-480-3070.
