Premier Pools and Spas Continues National Expansion in Southwest and Southeast

Richard Tracey and Scott Walk, the new franchise owners in Atlanta, have extensive backgrounds in the construction business. Walk has been a Georgia state licensed General Contractor in the building development industry in Metro Atlanta and throughout the Southeastern US for more than 20 years, focusing on small commercial development and residential new home building. Tracey spent two decades as a General Contractor in North Alabama before relocating to the Florida Panhandle, where he worked designing and building swimming pools for several years.
Ryan Phelps and Ralph Schindler have recently set up their operations in the Phoenix area. Phelps has over 20 years of general contracting/construction experience covering new home construction to $10M+ commercial and federal government projects.Schindler is a retired USAF officer with over 25 years experience developing and maintaining information and operational security programs for sensitive Department of Defense and Intelligence Community research and development projects.
Schindler brought this business opportunity to Phelps when he learned that Paul Porter, President/CEO of PPMC, was looking for someone to take over operations in Phoenix. Premier had built the Schindler’s pool in 2013 and he was so impressed with the design, construction and quality of the materials that he quickly called Porter to express their interest.
