CLEARLINK has promoted Jessica Jones to Vice President of Talent Acquisition. In her nearly three years as Director of Recruiting with the Salt Lake based company, Jones has created a customer-centric candidate experience and kept the average cost-per-hire below industry standards, despite aggressive growth goals. With over 2,000 new recruits in 2013 alone, Jones has led her team to create new standards in social and online recruiting, and she has increased CLEARLINK's brand reach through engaging hiring events.

“Jessica models all of the key attributes of a strong leader. She works hard, accomplishes much, pushes her team to grow and develop and is constantly innovating,” said Sam Funk, COO and CFO of CLEARLINK. “She is a leader in her field and in her community, and we are proud to have her as a senior leader at CLEARLINK.”

With statewide awards for revenue growth for nearly a decade, the growth of CLEARLINK’s business has presented an aggressive pace for growth in talent. The strategies put in place by Jones have brought top Utah talent to CLEARLINK. In Jones’ expanded position, she will focus on implementing innovative ways to increase speed-to-hire, lower sales agent attrition and mentor and train her team on talent acquisition.

Both an undergraduate and graduate-level University of Utah alumnus, Jones is active across the Salt Lake community. She currently sits on the board of People Helping People and is active in YWCA. At CLEARLINK she was recognized as one of the 2013 Employees of the Year, and she takes an active role in the leadership of the company.
