Eric Talbert is Executive Director of EMERGENCY USA. EMERGENCY provides high-standard medical and surgical care free-of-charge for civilians in some of the world’s most devastated and war-torn areas.

Eric described the medical services they provide in Afghanistan. “We have hospital in Anabah. We are able treat civilians. In addition, we have a maternity center. We have a hospital in Kabul. We have a hospital Lashkar-Gah. We have 40 First Aid Posts. Where we are able stabilize civilians. We have been treat 3.9 million in Afghanistan. We do it Cost effectively.”
Eric talked about the need to find well-trained staff to hire. “We are looking for OBGYNs, nurses, and pediatricians. It is paid. Please go to http://www.emergencyusa.org. We are looking for 3 to 6 month commitments. The staff will train the locals.”
Eric talked about the EBOLA outbreak in Sierra Leon. “With the concern of the outbreak EBOLA Virus, It has become a complicated situation. Even though, the dangers exist, our staff is committed to treat the civilians.”
