Trinsic Residential Group (“Trinsic”) announced that work is underway on a 348-unit garden-style rental community in the northwest region of Austin, TX. The 14.6-acre site is situated on the frontage of State Highway Loop 1 (referred to as “MoPac”) and Wells Branch Parkway. Called Aura 33Hundred, the community will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans.
“Some of the largest companies in the area have their headquarters north of downtown,” said Vince Spencer, managing director for Trinsic. “We chose this site for Aura 33Hundred because we believe the development will help meet the fast-growing demand for luxury multifamily housing here. The community is also within walking distance of a MetroRail stop, adding to the ease of mobility for residents.”
The three-story buildings will have surface parking as well as attached and detached garages. Amenities at the gated community will include a fitness center, cyber café and conference room, resort-style pool, multiple courtyards and an outdoor grilling area. Apartments will feature high-end finishes such as stainless steel appliances, granite countertops with stone backsplash, faux wood flooring and accent walls.
“Our location, just three miles north of The Domain and 2.5 miles south of La Frontera, will provide residents with a wealth of upscale dining, shopping and entertainment options,” added Spencer. “We’re excited to be bringing the unique Aura brand to this vibrant region.”
