Despite the present demand, which includes noted increases in foreign buyers, home sales have actually dropped by 13.7% according to NWMLS data, in large part because there are few sellers says Jones adding; “We know Val has been successful in finding sellers off-market and is working with seven active buyers within the community of Houghton alone.”
